Crispy Roasted Asparagus and Yellow Squash. Delicious Healthy Snack By Jamil "Kitty" Brown

You can apply this concept to many other vegetables


  1. Olive oil

  2. Himalaya pink salt

  3. Black pepper

  4. Garlic powder

  5. Onion powder

  6. Asparagus spears


Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

Cut the spears off the asparagus and rinse them.

Place in a sealable plastic bag.

Drizzle with olive oil enough to coat them.

Shake in the seasonings to taste.

Spread the asparagus on a baking sheet and roast for about 15 minutes or more depending on how crispy you want them.
